On 26 April afternoon between 2-4 pm, 13 people from Taipei City Probation Association, New Taipei City Banqiao Probation Association, and Chinese Melon Seed, Peanut, Nut Association, Cheng Wan Quan Legal Firm were gathered at the auditorium of Taipei Prison to held『singing and dancing accompany by zither and Erh-hu』charity musical program.  External musical and dance group Happy Moment Dance Group, Zither Musical Group and Zhong He Society University Erh-hu Group were invited to perform with 360 inmates viewing this event.

Music has magical power to console one’s heart, shape one’s character and relieve one’s emotion. This event includes playing of musical instruments and singing performance hoping that this can inspire the inmates’ enthusiasm, creativity and talent within them.
