Introduction to Vocational Training

Vocational training candidates must meet the following requirements: no penalties for safety violations in the past six months, no violations or rejections for improper study attitude in the past two years, and suitable health condition for training.

Vocational training courses are designed to meet job market needs, including traditional arts like Da-Xi furniture, sand painting, pottery, lacquer art, and weaving. Short-term courses aim to equip inmates with skills to smoothly transition into the job market and improve the quality and safety of self-run businesses.

Training includes Da-Xi traditional furniture, labor safety, lathe/milling machine, welding, forklift operation, weaving design, computer processing, sand painting, pottery, lacquer art, tailoring, horticulture, bakery goods, bread production, and Chinese food cooking.
