Technical training classes- (3) Food-baking class

To meet the requirement in society, this prison has adjusted its training program. The new emphasis is employment-oriented. The skill training is geared to the job market.

The site of the class is the training ground used by the defunct lathe class, refurbished at a cost of NT$3 million.

The first class is offered in cooperation with the Catholic Fu Jen University.
