Technical training classes- (5) Daxi traditional Chinese

This project was launched in compliance with Ministry of Justice’s letter of August 9, 2005; file no. fa jiao 0940902410, calling on correctional institutions to actively develop training courses on preserving the gradually vanishing skill of making traditional Chinese furniture.

The main item of the training course is the making of traditional Chinese joss tables.

Daxi Township used to be the center of traditional Chinese furniture industry.
